Sage Payment Solutions was going through a comprehensive UX/UI overhaul of their enterprise payment processing and management web app services. Our agency was asked to consult with their front-end team to assess the proposed updates, recommend user experience work flow optimizations, and develop a plan for rolling out the new updates to new and existing customers. The challenge was to not only update existing functionality and interfaces, but integrate an entire new suite of features and services with the goal of increasing add-on service sales. After presenting a comprehensive awareness roll-out plan and recommended UX updates, the executive team was impressed and asked us to further help develop the user interface design. We happily jumped in. Interfacing with their European corporate brand team, we unified the new UX with the company's brand style guides and worked with the development team to implement the new design. In the end, the roll-out was successful and the client was very appreciative of the expertise we were able to bring to the table.
